The aim of this project is to study the impact that extreme experiences has on our identity, worldviews, resilience, posttraumatic growth, both in general population and in survivors.

In order to be able to progress, this project needs the collaboration of people who have, or have not, experienced traumatic situations.

We invite you to complete the project questionnaire. Your strategies and your capacity to face experiences will be explored in the questionnaire. At the end, you will receive feedback in the form of a personalised profile comparing your answers to the means of other participants who have also completed the questionnaire. Additionally, you will collaborate with the elaboration of an extensive database and its analysis will be shared with human rights groups and organizations that work with violence survivors. This will help to advance in a better understanding of how people face these situations and be more effective in their support.

ACCESS TO THE PROFESSIONAL VERSION OF THE V.I.V.O. QUESTIONNAIRE

Your answers to this questionnaire are strictly confidential and will only be used by those researchers who require it, but the data given will be anonymous. No name or other identification method is used, except from the e-mail. The system will generate a random number for you; you can note it down and keep it. This number will give you the possibility to identify and compare your answers in case you repeat the questionnaire over time.  If you loose the identification number, we will send you a reminder to the email you facilitated.
